absolutely. after what happened the other night, i don't think anyone would have really blamed them for coming out flat and uninspired. the shots were 24 to 8 at one point in the 2nd, and the sabes were really sharp right from the start.
just fantastic really. i was expecting the worst before the game started...

Atlanta was the best game but this was the most satisfying.

In the first two period I thought th Ryan-Kaleta-Mair line was great but in the third I didn't even see Kaleta on the ice. Is he hurt? If he is not, I would be real mad at Lindy for going into that defensive trap bull shit. He brings offensive not to mention fire power.

Vanek's play I think has been better because he's been going to the front of the net. He's a more finesse version of Dave Andreychuk. It's good to see him starting to turn it on at the right time. I like to see him up front fighting and getting on a little bit of a mean streak fighting up there. Seems like he thrives off of it. Keep it up TV!
This was by far the best game of the year.

You can't beat the timing... Let em get fully fired up about mid-march. Primed and ready for a deep playoff run.

This game was far better than the ATL game because of the quality of the opponent. We played an incredible game in all phases - defense on their monster line was masterful (did you notice those 3 have the highest per game scoring, 1-2-3, in the league??).
I can't imagine a game played better.

Total statement game.
Offense was great. D played great. PK got the job done except a deflection...
Miller was solid.
If we play like this we have shot.
I'm a Pratt fan for the record.

Yeah, interesting to see Pratt sitting out there, I wonder how many teams could use a guy like that right now? Joe Steady, makes us miss Teppo less.

He's gotta a little mean in him too.

The Sabres laid the blue print for the NHL on how to beat Ottawa.

I preferred the Atlanta game only because I went to it.

Best game because the Sabres outworked the defending Eastern Conference Champion and current leader of the Eastern Conference. Even when there was a let down with the goal the Sabres roared back and scored an interuptor goal (a goal during the announcement of the previous teams goal) thus killing all of Ottawa's momentum. Very satisfying win!

I would like to see the Sabres record with Pratt in the line-up vs without him in.
