Forward Ales Kotalik is healthy enough to return to the lineup for Buffalo. Kotalik left Sunday's win over Florida with the flu. With Kotalik returning, Andrew Peters is likely to be a healthy scratch.

Tim Connolly made it through the Panther win feeling a little sore but isn't expected to miss tonight's game. Coming off a hip injury, Connolly may have to skip back-to-back games for the remainder of the season. The Sabres will be back home to face Toronto tomorrow night

Connolly played against Florida, Buffalo scored 3 powerplay goals, coincedence, me thinks not, this injury is extremely painful, i just hope he can man up and fight through it, the Sabres are a much better team with him in the lineup.

for glass man, I think a sliver may be painful for him to consider sitting.... Practice at least. I was hoping for a lot from Timmy this year, and all he shower is the fact that he truly is injury prone....

I am glad Connolly is going to play. I don't think scratching Peters is a very good idea for tonight.

I do. We need skill to win this game. Mair,Goose,Pratt and Kaleta is enough protection.

Why? Peters couldn't even beat up Emery when Emery was in full pads. The guy is a joke.....good teammate but his skills are not needed.

I think Kaleta is going to have a huge smile on his face the ENTIRE game...

And you know there's only one thing that can put that smile on his face.

I'd love to start and maintain a thread where we count and track all the penalties that Kaleta draws. We could put up another "2" like Roger Clemen's strike-out "K's". Anybody up for it???

It's really been amazing to see how many extra-man advantages Kaleta has given us in his limited time.
