I don't understand why the athletes would say anything anyway. It's not like the Western world is any better. In fact, it's probably worse in terms of lives killed.

What if an athlete did, China gonna lock them up forever, its not that far from the realm of possibilities.

That simple act would put the shoe on the other foot. England, it seems, thinks that athletes will swallow this pill because they want a gold medal. If a premier athlete turned it around, they could leave the decision up to the government if it wants a gold medal for England.
