It's sad to see her go, but Nebraska is saying goodbye to the electric chair. Nebraska was the last state to use the electric chair. Lethal Injection is for pussies.

Who the **** cares what method the state uses to execute someone? The bottom line is the state is still using an extremely imperfect system to decide the life or death of a human being. How the hell can we still have the death penalty in this country? Civilized country my ass.

I care. I think the death penalty should be as painful as possible. They're even questioning the pain factor of lethal injection now--:gay:

But, I find the practice of putting people to death that are innocent crazy. You are correct about that and it needs to be fixed.

Someday you might be a mistaken identity victim. You never know.

Do us a favor if that happens. Blink three times to let us know if the first injection is painful, OK?

This statement is one that at one time I would have made. I now find it pretty sick actually comerica.

But, I find the practice of putting people to death that are innocent crazy. You are correct about that and it needs to be fixed.
Ohh yeah, how? How do you make it 100% foolproof. Not 99.9999%, but 100%? I doubt it's even 95% now by my guess. That's a good number of state sponsored murdering of innocents.

Pete, I don't live in fear and hide under my bed. It's ok to leave the house Pete. I will never be a victim of mistaken identity and find myself on death row--pure lunacy to think that.

Why don't you think executions should be painful? Do you feel more sorry for the people on death row because they will feel pain before they meet their maker than the victim that the person butchered or the victims family?

Personally, I'm just not comfortable with my government murdering innocent citizens. I couldn't care less about the guys who committed horrible acts and how much pain they may or may not receive. It's irrelevant and serves no purpose other than maybe some false sense of retribution and justice. My concern is for the guy sitting right now on death row who is innocent or the families of the innocent guys whom the state has already put to death. Where's their justice? Can we hook the prosecutor, the judge, and the jury members up to Old Sparky since they are all complicit in the murder of an innocent person?
