SD's first = 700points
Bills picks= 230 + 215 +37 =482.
If you could get them to do it great.

The Bills 2nd and 3rd(from Balt) do add up to 710 points. I don't think losing two picks as possible players (I consider the first 3 rounds as key- its a crap shoot after that) to move up to the lower 1st round is worth it.
