Dont really like the pick, or know too much about him but here it is:
Rd 1- Buffalo Bills: Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy State The Bills would love to add a shutdown cornerback opposite of Terrence McGee. Look for Leodis McKelvin to be great in the Senior Bowl.
Rd 2- Buffalo Bills: Adarius Bowman, WR, Oklahoma State The Bills would love to add the prototypical possession receiver next to Lee Evans, giving Trent Edwards a big target.
Rd 3a- Buffalo Bills: Jason Jones, DE, Eastern Michigan The Bills need more depth at end, and Jason Jones is one of the most underrated players in the draft. He played defensive tackle his senior year out of position but was still a force at 265 pounds.
Rd 3b- Buffalo Bills: Geno Hayes, OLB, Florida State Geno Hayes can play weakside linebacker with his range and be great on special teams.

Honestly, I like the first 3 picks. Don't love 'em, but like 'em. I think he's on the right track.
I have been saying McKelvin might be a good pick for us. Right now, he is a mid-1st rounder, but if he performs well he can rise on the boards. He has the potential to be a true shut-down corner.
Not sure about Bowman, I know he is good and big (I think) but I still think there might be betetr receivers in the 2nd, like Nelson or even Manningham.
Jones is a real sleeper in this draft and would be a great fit.
The only problem I see is not addressing the DT hole, yet.

Not a big fan of this draft. I like the Jones pick. I think we have bigger needs than a CB with our first pick. I want a starter from day 1, and it is looking like Rivers the LB from USC would be there and fit my criteria. I think we can do better than Bowman in the 2nd too. I don't really know a lot about Hayes, and I agree, we need to take a DT with one of our first three picks.

I'll show my ignorance here, but
how is it that a kid from Troy State would not still be there in the second round ???
Troy State in the 1st Round ???
Kid must be good or we'll be over reaching again.
Like the idea of upgrading Receivers, Defensive Backs and Defensive Line.
Also, Tight End, and Linebacker.
Would probably rather see some quality youth to provide depth at DB and LB.
Would rather see some receiver and TE upgrade happening through free agency but we probably won't.

No, he's good. Right now he is the 3rd best CB in the draft behind Jenkins and Talib. But he's got good size and speed. Right now he is a mid-to-late first rounder, but he can jump with good workouts. Although he is a bit of a reach, it's not huge.

Demarcus Ware would like to argue your point

Not crazy about this one, I would like to see Dre Moore, DT in the 3rd instead of Jones.

I like it. Bowman in the second would be a good pick, I think. And a CB who can run with the Pats WRs would be a great addition.
