I think this is the 4th game this year, i could be wrong. i think the leafs are winning the season series 2-1.

I don't think any of us expected both of the teams to battling for 12th place but that's the reality of the situation. ok, i predict a 4-1 leaf win in this one. Sorry guys, i normally go for the sabres but the way they are playign i just can't pick them.

Yeah, series is tied 1-1 - both games were at HSBC Arena.

Game #1 - Oct 15 - Sabres win 5-4 (OT) - Leafs blow three leads in a wild third period that sees teams scored a total of six goals - Sabres scoring four of them - Gaustad gets credit with the winner after McCabe puts puck in his own net.
Game #2 - Nov 9 - Leafs win 3-0 - Raycroft gets the shutout - McCabe makes up for his first game gaffle and scores the winner into the right net this time.

Rest Of The Series: Game #3 - Jan 19 - Sabres at Leafs. Game #4 - Feb 13 - Leafs at Sabres. Game #5 - Feb 21 - Sabres at Leafs. Game #6 - Mar 15 - Sabres at Leafs. Game #7 - Mar 21 - Leafs at Sabres. Game #8 - April 1 - Sabres at Leafs.

Actually, I always expect the Leafs to be terrible. When have they been good? :n4clapping:

And I definitely had lower expectations for the Sabs (no higher than a 4th, no lower than a 6th) and I realize they aren't that far out it, but this seaon is completely unenjoyable. The games all blend together (expect the Ice Bowl) and have absolutely no emotion watching them play. Maybe they will pick it up, but basically they are just another average team in the league. Not that bad, not really that good.
