Michael Nylander out for season

The Capitals lost Nylander for the rest of the season. Nylander was second in points on the team with 11 goals and 26 assists. Only Ovechkin has more points than Nylander. It was thought that Nylander the injury occured Dec. 1 and has been playing with a sore shoulder since.
