#11. Buffalo Bills: Keith Rivers, OLB, USC
I thought about this the entire week. I've had the Bills taking Malcolm Kelly for a while now because at 6-4, 217, he's the perfect complement to the lightning-quick Lee Evans. Trent Edwards needs a better No. 2 receiver than Peerless Price, Roscoe Parrish and Josh Reed.
#41. Buffalo Bills: James Hardy, WR, Indiana
Because this draft class could be one of the best the NFL has ever seen, the Bills can draft someone like Keith Rivers or Vernon Gholston in Round 1, and still obtain a top-notch wide out like James Hardy, Devin Thomas or Limas Sweed in Round 2. Hardy's size is the perfect complement to Lee Evans' speed.
#71. Buffalo Bills: Jermichael Finley, TE, Texas
The good news is Kevin Everett will be able to walk again and lead a normal life. The bad news is that the Bills need a tight end in the wake of his life-threatening injury.
#72. Buffalo Bills: Steve Justice, C, Wake Forest
The Bills need help with their interior offensive front, and Steve Justice is probably the best inside lineman in this draft class.
* I really like this mock, I would be quite happy if the first 3 rounds turned out this way. I've been really high on Jermichael Finley, I think he could be a real steal for the Bills. James Hardy or Limus Sweed would be fine by me, with the 2nd pick, personally I would take Sweed over Hardy. Sweed has done it against far better competition and he's got better hands, but I wouldn't complain if we landed either guy, with the 2nd pick. This scenario for the Bills, would improve their red zone offense by 200%. Hardy is 6-7 220 lbs. and Finley is 6-5 240 lbs. and can run a 4.6 forty!! Check out the video on youtube of this Finley kid, he may be a TE, but he runs and catches the ball like a WR. I ranked this kid as the #2 overall TE in this draft class, behind only Fred Davis of USC.
