is getting put in chains and shackles for a couple days by representatives of OUR GOVERNMENT.

Why? Apparently, when she was younger, she overstayed the term on her travel visa.

Understand I'm not saying she's in the right here;she should have been asked to leave the country or been fined. But to get treated like this? What, did the authorities think that the music of Bjork is a weapon of mass destruction, and thus is a reason to throw someone in the slam and held incommunicado? :)

More and more desensitization for the public of harsh treatments for everything and anything. That harsh treatment will further cull more obedience and less protest. That's my opnion.

Holding stuff like this up to the light of day will rid it of the stench that it carries and, hopefully, get people to ask,"Why the :censor: is our country doing this?"

Then again, this story did come out during the holiday season...so maybe I ask for too much.

Unless it's meant to get out to the public in small bites.

Next time will be a little less outrage.

Then the time after that a little less.

And a little less, until
