And when George Will noted on This Week today that Mitigating Mike pardoned more people than the last 3 Arkansas governors combined(and yes,that includes Bill Clinton)....you can't really paint yourself as a law and order kind of guy. But,to those in the South,apparently the Bible trumps the law.
