Im going to take a wild guess, Les Miles will be the Michigan coach the day after they beat Ohio State.

"A $1.25 million buyout that Miles must pay if he leaves LSU for Michigan remains in the contract, which also includes a new settlement clause should Miles be fired without cause before the contract expires. If LSU fired Miles, the coach could be owed as much as $15 million, up from $10 million."

My question is, if he was so sure he wasn't goint to Michigan, as he has said numerous times, why bother with the clause? I'm sure it wasn't LSU's idea to put it in there...

I still wouldn't be surprised to see him bolt for Michigan.

Well it's obvious that Michigan is waiting for someone that is still coaching right now as they are losing valuable recruiting time by not hiring someone that is already available.

So I'd say it's a pretty good bet he ends up at Michigan as well.

Miles is gone. Why would there be that clause in the contract if he wasn't going to Michigan?
