Well SG. What's the situation exactly? You're allowed to petition a decision if you do it cooly and not in a demanding manner. I'm sure Jaymitch will weigh that in his decision if you present your case effectively. No guarantee that he's going to reverse it but at least he'll actually hear your side instead of bitching. But my friend, I don't even see a case for you, or even what you are talking about. I just see a demand. And 9 times out of 10 in any life situation that's not gonna fly.

I once gave Shiva a TOS violation using the old "automated points system". Instead of making a public stink about the reason that I sent him in a PM, he calmly and cooly analyzed my argument and took it apart. There was no anger or anything. It was a "just the facts" thing. I read his argument, it was much stronger than mine, and I pulled the TOS violation and the points. No hard feelings on either side. He had the respect not to call me an ass hole and I had respect for his mature approach to the situation. That's how you should handle this stuff. The situation was resolved and there were no bitter feelings between us over it. Win-win.

well pete it seems like just about anyting and everything is put into a thread and into the The Asylum (http://buffalorange.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14) fourm. so thats why i put everything in there also .. the help feedback i only and allways see threads in there thats only buffalo range related. and that was my beef. also seems like no one ever hangs out in the in the help and feedback fourm that was i got pissed it got moved. and not one thread of mine both.,
