View Full Version : Wow! Went to the Trans siberian orchestra last night!!

We went to see the TSO last night at the HSBC arena, what a fantastic show. I can honestly say that this is the best show Ive ever been to and Ive been to well over 200 concerts.

If I had to describe it, I guess if you took the pyrotechnics's from Kiss, Motley Crue's Tommy Lee drums and sole, added a Eddie Van Halen guitar solo or three, the stage presence of Bon Jovi, the light show from Pink Floyd you'd probably have the TSO.

There are two TSO Bands that Tour. A West Coast version and an East Coast Version. Two founding members are from Sabotage.

The pianist is from Buffalo, Bob Kinkel is also a co-founder which is very cool. The guitarist, I think he was a guitarist as there were 16+ people on stage, who was announcing and introducing the band errr orchestra came out in a Sabres jersey, very nice. They also donate $1.00 from every ticket sold to a local charity, again, very cool.

Once again, I don't say or prop something not truly amazing, this is a must see concert.

Very famous artists have been known to jump on stage and jam out a song or two with the TSO.

awesome rick.. my buddy roband his girlfriend went yesterday . and he kept recording some parts and sending it to my phone it looked so kickass. i wish i would of went ..

I really wanted to go see them, I'll try to their next time through. Sabotage...their an old metal band righjt?

yea TSO is pretty damn sweet. My parents have all the cd's which is how I first heard them. I have never gone to a live show, but I buy my parents the tix for x-mas. I missed out this yr though.
