This has been a horribly coached game. Miles is ALMOST as stupid as Houston Nutt.

LSU loses in 3 OT again.

If OSU gets in the title game it is going to be a travesty.

Why exactly?.

Every team has proven to be flawed. LSU twice.

Who exactly deserves it more?

I'm not saying they wouldn't deserve it more than LSU but man they just don't belong. They aren't that good. But at this point no matter who wins the National Title they will always be thought of as a weak champion.

haha... OK.

I'm pretty sure they'll be thought of as half of what you said....

A champion.

There times where I questioned what he was doing, like when he was calling timeouts with over a minute left in the game, basically giving Arkansas enough time to get in FG range.

I mean, Tressell got Zookered so...

Yeah any champion this year is going to be labeled as "weak". Sort of like the 83 win St. Louis Cardinals weren't highly thought of. There just isn't a really great team this year. Just a bunch of good/average teams.

I mean, Tressell got Zookered so...Yeah but then that idiot Arkansas coach played the last 50 seconds like he was playing for OT. Even afer Felix Jones had returned the kick to about midfield. As bad a job of clock management as I can recall. How can you do that with McFadden and Jones at your disposal. Fortunately they got the win eventually.

I love seeing #1 fall. I prefer seasons like this to years where USC or Ohio State dominate start to finish, only to lose in the bowl game.

Are you having problems seeing the difference in quality of play from these SEC games to the Big 10 games? It'ss not even close which is why once again it's a complete joke that OSU has a chance for the title game having beaten no one this year in a crappy Big 10. This is why CFB sucks, they could have the best postseason tournament outside of the NFL playoffs but insteadwe get stuck w/ computers deciding Champions.

haha...are you serious? "quality of play" You thought the LSU/ARK game was a good game because they were both awesome teams? Whats makes you think that... the shitty tackling, the bad coverage, the poor QB play or the unforced turnovers?

Maybe it was the stellar coaching job?

How about the Tennessee/KY game? Yeah, fun to watch...but it was close and went to triple OT because of superior talent and coaching? Lotta yards, lotta mistakes, 6 turnovers....yeah...they are so good.

How about Alabama.Auburn? That was a perfect example of amazing SEC football right? They coverted 6 for 28 on 3rd downs the entire game between them... wow. 2 pathetic offenses... they couldn't get out of thier own way.

Florida and Georgia are really good.... but they probably should have considered losing less than 2 or 3 games.... unless you're argueing that a 3 loss Florida team should play for the title because they are clicking now?

What a joke.

The quality of playis light years ahead in the SEC, nothing the Big 10 has this year can approach the LSU-Ark game or UK-UT game. Were their questionable coaching decisions? sure just as there are in every game but the level of play wa extremely high and the Big 10 is nowhere near the SEC this year and wasn't close last year. The SEC tok off for a few years as one of the premiere conferences but they clearly have been back the last 2 years.

again....why? A good game doesn't mean a well played game.

You just keep making the same statement over and over and over again.... you haven't made a point, or supported it with any facts.

ummmm do yourself a favor and stop tlaking out of your ass

last year the sec went 1-2 against the big 10, wiscy beat a much better arky team last year and penn state beat tenn, and the year before that wiscy rolled up on auburn. yeah osu got rolled in the nc game last year. But to bes tof my knowledge the winner of the sec east lost by 10 to a proven deificient cal team early this year. A cal team that lost to oregon state that got hammered by cincy.

until the big 10 and sec play we'll just have to look at recent bowl history, which is in the big 10's favor

The Big 10 is not off to a good start in bowl action w/ Purdue barely beating central Michigan and MSU losing to BC.

I don't follow you... a win, and the #9 team in the Big Ten losing by 3 to the #2 team in the ACC is bad....?

You really shouldn't say dumb ass shit.

I can't believe it took Purdue that much to beat a MAC team, I mean, seriously?

The Big Ten will be lucky to win 2 Bowl games this year.

Outside of OSU there is not much difference btw the ACC teams and the rest of the Big 10 so stop making excuses, we just saw what the #2 team in the Big 10 looked like against a top team- yep that same Big 10 team that beat OSU in Columbus. Humiliation, the only team that saved face for the Big 10 was Michigan b/c they played an inspired game for Carr. The Big 10 has been awful for 2 years now.

repeating your dumb ass opinion over and over doesn't make it true.

Illinois did beat us. when we were dinged up...injured QB, injured RB, injured WR..... but they beat us.

Just like stanford beat USC when they were banged up.....

and its funny how you write off the Michigan victory... why didn't they play "inspired" when they had the chance in Ann Arbor...

I'm done. you're too ignorant as to what you're watching to waste my time with...

It was Carr's last game, they had 6 weeks to prepare. UF was coming off a National Championship, it was a major disappointment to be playing in a non-BCS bowl game. I never put too much emphasis on bowl results but you have and the results have been poor for the Big 10. The facts are the Big 10 has been awful the last 2 years and the ONLY reason OSU is playing next week for the title is b/c the Big 10 was so weak and they played nobody in the non-conf.

Wow, I was one off as they won 3 whole games, one being Purdue squeaking out a win againt a freakin MAC school. Luckly my Big Blue came up big for the Big Ten.
