Who is this guy?
Looks like a TV or radio host. But he PREDICTED, on his show on 7/25/01 that the World Trade Center would be blown up and that Bin Laden would be blamed.
And he urged his audience well in advance to call the white house and demand that THEY don't do it.
WOW.

You've never heard of Alex Jones before? He's mainstream conspiracy, infowars, prison planet. I've always questioned the authenticity of this tape. If its real I dont see how people can continue to bash him.

It is a curious tape, but as you said, it is hard to determine it's authenticity simply from viewing it, and I'm not sure of another way to do so.
Additionally, Art Bell, who is maybe the most famous conspiracy chaser of the last twenty years has made thousands upon thousands of predictions, most of which have played out to be false. He did, however, in 1997 run an entire show based on a prediction that the New Orleans levees would be breeched and cause a national crisis in the event of a severe storm.
That is neither here nor there in relation to Alex Jones, but the surface argument is certainly compelling in hindsight. The problem so often that one finds in viewing these sorts of things is that the Jones' and Bell's of the world often do not elaborate enough for their views to ever seem particularly guided. They do a good job of explaining the "what", but not so often the "why", and so it often comes off as blind-squirrel-finds-nut.
