List all your tips for Madden 08 here.....

Does anyone have any good tips for the 40 yard dash or the bench press? I can't get better than a 4.93 40 and 23 reps on bench press.

I'm kind of the opposite of you...I've been able to get down to a 4.49 40, but I can't break 15 bench reps.

I pulled a 4.49 40 but only once.No matter how many times I tried it after that I only got a 4.75. With bench pressing I finally got up to 35.

seriously i cant get more than like 8 on the bench press..I ran a 4.2 once in the 40 with lee evans but mostly i stink at it

i got the bench up to around 19 usually around 15 though
the key is to let go as soon as the thing gets int the green and start pushing back up before you hit the bottom.

I think the real reason guys are getting frustrated with this game is EA has made the Bills horrible. I am in year two of my Marshawn Lynch superstar and I have never seen one QB through so many INTs either in the end zone or going back the other way for six. The guys at EA could not have made JP worse in my opinion

You don't even have to play a game to update the rosters. Before you go to play a game it will check to see if you need an update, if you do it will download them and save them and back out of the game before even playing it.

Yea, go start one and it will download, save it then back out of the game.
