That's correct. "We" do set the rules. This is an interesting subject of staff discussion too. And so far I don't see a consensus on this.

I have a consistent world view but I ask others on this board hard questions and, though I have told you this many times and you refuse to understand it, I do not agree with the point of view the question comes from often.

It is very rare that anyone ask me my opinion, here or anywhere, so I don't offer it.
