Thanks, I'm going this weekend for a beef on weck. By the way, if you're in Tucson and you want good wings try the Auld Dubliner. They are huge, the size reminds me of The Anchor Bar. They also use the hot sauce on a potato dish.

They are pretty good. I like thier fish and chips as well. They also have this dish called Dubliner sausage puffs. They are really good.

You can make your own kimmelweck rolls outside of WNY. Simply buy Kaiser rolls... light egg wash the top and dip in carroway seeds and salt. pop in a warm oven or toaster oven pre heated for just under a minute to set the toppings.
