While I was at work, I saw a company by the name of Miller & DiPietro. I found that very odd, but funny. Just thought I would post that to sort of lighten the mood around this section of the forums and also for a change of topic rather than posting bogus UFA news. This is a true story by the way. However, I cannot say where I work or any more info than what is given due to privacy and all that.

So people can't tell where they work? Are you a spy?? I don't think anybody here really cares that much were you work.

As I said, due to privacy practices, I cannot say because I mentioned a company and it is their privacy where and who they do their stuff with.

This sentence was pointless, in my opinion, and set off an equally unnecessary shitstorm. I don't think anyone would have even made mention of your work if you didn't include that.

"...I could tell you,but then I would have to kill you..."
--Now that would've been much funnier.

Haven't you guys ever received an e-mail from a family of friend lawyer while he or she is at work?

The signature to their e-mail is half a page long and goes to the tune of: The information contained within this e-mail is for the persons or parties to which it was intended. Any unauthorized distribution is against BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

Financial law firms (particularly the ones that work on bankruptcies and corporate mergers) can not disclose their clients because stock prices would be directly effected if the general public was made aware that a huge publicly owned company was consulting with a financial law firm specializing in bankruptcies, for instance.

The point of this post was for you, the reader, to get a small laugh out of the fact that Miller & DiPietro were some sort of partnered company.

Instead, you harp on the fact that the poster actually has a decent job and doesn't want to disclose its name to you...HERBS.

Hopefully they were rooting for the Sabres in the Sabres/Isles playoff matchup. I have no clue about DiPi's family or anything but I wonder if there is any sort of relation. I doubt it, but DiPietro isn't the most common of names.... a la Miller.

Last year,
at band camp,
jheigl,
found a,
company name,
and thought,
he'd share,
his excitement,
over that,
pedantic detail,
because he,
has no life.

Well since we're all telling everyone where we work, any of you guys like to golf can come visit me at the Sheridan golf course. I'm working tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday afternoon in the snack bar. None of you are crazy weirdos that would try to kidnap me, as far as I know anyway, maybe Hurls would. It's a nice public place with a several people around in broad daylight... Oh well, come say hi at least.
