if you were wondering who to blame in all this, look no further than reiger... this wma is wgr interviewing briere... after listening, if you have any ill feelings towards briere you're crazy... we ALL would have done the same thing... very very very sad... reiger knows how to draft 'um but he has NO idea how to keep an organization running in the long term... someone PLEASE send him to a business 101 class immediately... he should have had a dinner in place the day after we got eliminated from the playoffs with drury/his agent, briere/his agent and galisano letting the players know how much they mean to the organization and immediately followed up with a legitimate offer... this sends a great message to others in the league... who the F would go to the sabres with this type of loyalty!!!!!!!!!! dammit i'm getting pissed

Is it Darcy though? Or is it Quinn? Darcy may be doing what he is told, and Quinn may be the one making all the decisions. I just can't see how a GM would let both go. Now Quinn may think it is ok to let them both go, save some money under the cap and continue to develop the young talent with more ice time. In the future it may pay off, we will see, but right now it sucks.

whatever, way i see it is we offered 5-6 mil each. if they wanted to stay, as they are carping in the media, they would ve. they each went out and got a milllion more than the Sabres offered. (both worth every penny) but they should cut the bullshit out that they really wanted to stay.

their BS comments in the paper are making me mental. have fun in philly douchebag maybe you can get them to .500.

hope they both blow out a knee. i feel like shooting someone!! mother f.....ker

Sabres should offer Lundqvist money the Rangers can't match, then trade Lundvqist for someone. Screw Drury and the Rangers over. Henrik is most of that team.
