2005: 350-515 (68%), 4301 yards, 35 TD, 13 INT, 155.49 rating
2006: 406-559 (72.6%), 5549 yards, 58 TD, 12 INT, 185.96 rating

Tough to gauge how good he really is since he played in an offense that promotes out of control QB stats and questionable competition, plus he will turn 25 during the pre-season of his rookie year (older you are less "potential" in eyes of some teams).

However, he did perform against every single team Hawaii played last year though, with no drop-off against @ Bama, @ Boise State, vs Oregon State, or vs Arizona State. Only threw for under 300 yards once, worst single game QB rating was 145.46.

Timmy Chang put up some big numbers, but didn't amount to much in the NFL

Timmy Chang put up some big numbers, but didn't amount to much in the NFL

Timmy Chang was undrafted out of college and signed as a FA with the Eagles. He was then immediately assigned to NFL Europe where he split time with another quarterback (I forgot who he was and he stunk). Chang always outperformed his competition but never was given the official starting job.

Timmy now is a back up for the worst professional football team to ever be assembled, The Hamilton Ti-Cats. With the exception of their RB, every starter on their team is god-awful. Chang often goes in to relieve their suckey starting QB (whom the Bills own the rights to). Timmy Chang has NEVER been given a fair shot to be in the NFL.
