Jeff Jarrett's wife passes away

It is with deepest regret that I inform you that Jeff Jarrett’s wife Jill has passed away following a lengthy battle with cancer. She died yesterday morning, however, we wanted to give the family plenty of time to be notified before we put the news available online.

Jarrett had tailored his TNA work schedule around his wife’s sickness, working early in shows and flying home as quickly as possible back to Nashville, Tennessee to be with his wife and family. Deepest heart-felt condolences go out to the Jarrett family.

We ask that all fans please respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time

Jeff has to be commended throughout the whole ordeal. In addition with the stresses of running a wrestling company,he also had to be the caregiver for his wife.

She passed on the anniversary of the death of Owen Hart, a good real life friend of Jarrett.
