It wouldn't of been any longer because he came back and kept playing. If he would gotten hurt and been out, the suspension would of been longer.

It's too bad Tallinder didn't come up bloody so they would have had to make the call on alfie too.

Yea...really...but then again Ottawa is from Canada so no way they would of suspended Alfie anyway

I just saw the replays of pronger's hit a few times last night. I think the key to drawing a suspension is if you get your hands up around the head. If he would have given him a shoulder...no suspension.

Having said that what did you guys think of the coincidental minors for boarding and charging that were called in last night's game ?
Do you think that might have been fallout from the Pronger suspension, i.e. the refs are going to be a tad quicker calling penalties now?
