Starting May 14th, the Department of defense, citing security reasons, will block troop access to some of the most popular websites on the planet.

The Department of Defense has a growing concern regarding our unclassified DoD Internet, known as the NIPRNET. The Commander of DoD's Joint Task Force, Global Network Operations has noted a significant increase in the use of DoD network resources tied up by individuals visiting certain recreational Internet sites.

The sites blocked include Myspace, Youtube, MTV, Blackplanet , photobucket, live365, hi5.com, pandora.com, 1.fm, and other sites.

The troops WILL be allowed to access the sites from home computers. But, since most troops on assignment in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, etc. are using DOD networks, they would not be allowed to use THEIR personal computers on DOD networks.

That is ****ing wrong, why take away myspace, youtube, and other similar sites. IT should be only the best for our boys and taking away youtube or other entertainments is not the best for them. Whats next taking away their porn, or have they already tried this?

Here's another morale lifting cause, don't allow any contact at all with their family or if you do, especially in the written form, have a reverse of the WWII letter censorship. Thats right the family mail is to be read and any even partially negative or seemingly negative view towards the BA will be marked out. Furthermore on their ballots why even have anything other than the names of GOP candidates. It would lower their morale to see a name other than Bush II because any other name means that Bush is not the Godman.

You know Shiva, you are more right than you know if the enlistees read their bibles, and the officers read their UCMJs this war would be over in 30 minutes. From ROTC Mil. Sci I all officer candidates are taught that they should in no way shape or form follow an unlawful order. They would instantaneously mutiny as the very nature of this war and the reasoning behind it is criminal. So the officers would not order their men into battle and there would be only one order they would obey and that would be the one that said come home to your families.

If the enlistees read their bibles they would see that Bush is satanic and evil and contradicts the entire law of the old testament and even the law of grace presented in the new testament and they too would stop fighting.

They even think about touching porn this will backfire. You see Pete there is no force on earth more powerful than a horny adolescent male. We see this in China where they have a firewall against some western sites including porn. Jr. looks at boobies and then Daddy comes in and finds out what is going on in the western world and reading about the truth of the situation because to get at the porn Jr has created a patch that allows him to sneak around the firewall.
