Found this today in the Cleveland Plain Dealer...

2. Bill Rees, who as director of player personnel has been General Manager Phil Savage’s right-hand man since 2005, is being considered for a similar position with the Buffalo Bills. He would replace Tom Modrak, who will leave Buffalo after the draft. Rees and Bills coach Dick Jauron worked together with the Chicago Bears.

I thought it was interesting, but I'm not sure Cleveland's front office is where I'd look to for an upgrade. It's mixed in with Browns draft news so it might not be too reliable.

This is BS and it really bothers me when did the Bills
say Modrak was leaving? I am depressed as I like Modrak, just watched his presser with Levy and I got no indication he was a lame duck.Damn.

When did it become definite that TM "will leave"? The Cleveland PD is making things up.

Here is the criteria that will result in a poor hiring decision as is expected:

(1) Must be willing to work for a fraction of the typical salary for the position.

(2) Highly educated in something other than the most important subject -- football.

(3) First time in the position is good.

(4) Only senior citizens need apply.

(5) Must be willing to rub 88 year old penis.

Try as you might, you'll never replace Shiva as the resident wise-ass. Despite your shared intent to ruffle feathers, at least Shiva is often clever and/or humorous. I see nothing wise in your posts.
