Sue somebody. I'm not all about random lawsuits but if somebody told the entire nation that I raped some nasty stripper I'd be out for justice.

Mr. Sharpton: PLEASE APOLOGIZE or RESIGN.
In fact, do both.

RALEIGH, North Carolina (CNN) -- Free of sexual offense and kidnapping charges, three steely-eyed former lacrosse players at Duke University called Wednesday for reforms in the justice system and restraint in the media.
"This whole experience has opened my eyes to a world of injustice that I never knew existed," said Reade Seligmann, one of the exonerated athletes.
All charges against Seligmann, David Evans and Collin Finnerty were dismissed, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper announced earlier Wednesday.

They should go after the professors that went after them.
They should go after Sharpton and his pathetic group.
Jesse Jackson also should be taken to task for his part.

Cleared Duke Players Consider Lawsuit!!
NEW YORK (AP) -- Lawyers for three former Duke lacrosse players are considering suing the district attorney who pursued rape and sexual assault charges against the three men, who were declared innocent this week by the state attorney general.
Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong's issued a carefully worded apology to the players on Thursday, but it may not have been enough to prevent a lawsuit.
So far, attorneys for David Evans, Reade Seligmann, and Collin Finnerty have not said whether they plan a civil action against Nifong, but they have not ruled it out.
Prosecutors generally have immunity for what they do inside the courtroom.
But experts said that protection probably doesn't cover some of Nifong's more questionable actions in his handling of the case -- such as calling the lacrosse players "a bunch of hooligans" in one of several interviews deemed unethical by the state bar.

I hope these kid's lawyers run Mike Nifong into the ground! This was a witch hunt from the start and that's all it has ever been, if I was one of those kids I'd be rabid for some sort of accountability!

The Durham DA should be set to the fire. And how about that Sheriffs office who botched that Investigation? what about the duke police? just poor poor police work. They had little to no evidence except the word of a "victim" sorry thats not enough
