It's just that,in the world's busiest airport(Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson),they're doing it inside the bathrooms. And so far,30 arrests have been made.
What's interesting about the whole thing is that the arrests came about as the airport police were looking into quite a different matter altogether-the theft of luggage.
