Ok he team is in becasue Montreal lost and then the Islanders lost a 2-0 lead to a back up goalie in such a crucial game. But from his incredible coaching they scored in OT? Yea it all makes sense

it would be close and considering lindy won it last year and the islanders have gone from 12 to 8 and 14 points out of a playoff spot nolan could be in the running for it too

if i had a vote it would go to lindy though

Understand in the running but we did have a few I feel High Profile Injuries. And Lindy found a way to still manage this team to a Presidents Cup. But your point is well taken!! They did lose Dipietro.

Lindy deserves it more I feel. I'm trying not to be too biased, but he did take a bunch of amerks and transition them to the nhl game.

That's coach of the year to me. Somebody that can take a bunch of minor league players and help them transition that well...no dubt. But I cannot be biased here to the isles as well, nolan is a great coach. like it or not he has pulled that team together on a couple of occations, and did good things for buffalo.

In comparison, teddy only had to transition a goalie who is good enough to be their back-up anyways.(back-up at least) We had to transition a lot more, bu that's just what I feel.

Just adding on to more biasts. You must want to start a fight or a rivalry wit their fans, because obviously they'll do anything to make themselves fell better. I'm sorry but I can't support anyone that goes into other fans boards bringing in their biast opinion, when you should damn well know they will be biast and feel they have a better coach and a better goalie and a better ceneter and better equipment managers. jesus ****ing christ just wait until the end of the series to determine who's better. that's the only way you can.

neither Lindy or Nolan will get it. Babcock had a chance. Therrian does too, maybe even Hartley for taking teams people don't think can do that much and make them into a pretty good team.
