Quick thought before I take a nap...

Isn't it interesting how hockey is suddenly relevant today? I've never seen this much coverage since the league came back from its lockout. Not just Sabres-Sens, but a major radio show, "Mike and the Mad Dog," is all hockey today, focusing primarily on the hometown Islanders and Rangers, with some Sabres talk mixed in.

I just think it's kind of cool how hockey is relevant again in the national sporting landscape, even if it's just for one day.
