Unfortunately, Bush's absurdity is going to cost America for decades to come.

It will take a strong leader, Like Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, to start bringing the US back up to the moral level it was before Bush shit on the world and this country.

Unfortunately, his neck didn't match the strength of his leadership.

I think the concept of a "strong leader" is open to interpretation.

I see, anything that is open to interpretation doesn't make sense to you.

I see, anything that is open to interpretation doesn't make sense to you.

I didn't say that.

Slamming Hillary and Obama for not being strong leaders without an explanation makes no sense because we have no idea what you think constitutes a "strong leader" and we have no explanation of why you think youir definition of a "strong leader" is a good thing.

Have you ever heard either one of them speak? They make me want to fall asleep, not go out and fight for something I believe in. Sorry, but there are many qualifications that makes somebody a strong leader and one of them is the ability to get people motivated.

These two are complete drips. They couldn't get anybody motivated.

What's your point? Are you denying that a person that motivates other people is a good leadership quality?

The ability itself doesn't make it good.

It's what you do with that ability that counts.

No shit Sherlock.

So we can check off strong motivational speaking off the list for Barack, and Hillary.

Shall I continue on with specifics as to why they aren't good leaders? Or is that enough to convince you that I make sense every now and then?

No.

I think both are fine speakers. Obama is especially good.

Certainly better than anyone the Republicans have.

Shiva, I don't think you understand that I'm not a hardcore partisanship person. I could care less about the bullshit that you fling in my face. The fact is that she's in it for herself, and she doesn't give a shit about the people of this country. Case and point, look at her terms in the senate. Promises, promises, promises buddy. She made so many promises to upstate NY and she really hasn't held her part.

I dislike Bill, and my dislike for her is much greater than that I have for Bill.

Unless you live in NY, you will never understand what a worthless senator she has been.

What, you hate her because she didn't bring enough pork to NYS?

Can you give me a specific?

The one thing we don't need in NY, especially WNY is pork.

Well then, what do you need that is within Hillary's power to provide that she's dropped the ball on?

While Chuck Schumer has immersed himself in saving VA hospitals and fighting extortionist airfare rates and investigating inflated gasoline, natural gas and electrical charges upstate, Hillary has done ...

nothing.

She appears every now and then for a ribbon-cutting, or gets herself involved in national issues, but as a senator she has not secured funds to repair crumbling federal interstates -- hardly "pork," BTW -- or worked to bring industry to upstate NY, or even gotten involved to save the Bills [all things Schumer has done].

She has done nothing except sit on her pimple-strewn ass and collect a paycheck.

dasaybz
February 12th, 2007, 3:57:02 PM
She promised countless times that there would be new jobs coming to WNY, and she hasn't cashed in on that promise at all.

Basically, here in WNY, we hear about Schumer fighting for us all the time, and you never hear a peep coming from old Hillary.
