Come on. Closing the Chimpy thread before anyone could respond was no big deal, but now Gil is abusing his power and posting his Apologies for the Shiva-clique in a thread that NO ONE not on this staff can respond to.

Either reopen it for discussion or delete it, but don't make it a forum for Shiva-Chimp apologist staff members to spew their nonsense unopposed.

I didn't realize the thread was closed when I posted, it doesn't show up on the staff's screen when a thread is closed. Drives me nuts sometimes.

You're not banning me because you KNOW that even the way that is worded, a threat has to be specific, and it must make a person feel threatened. A threat would have been, "I'm going to kick your ass."

A statement of fact is, "if you come to my house and bad-mouth dead US soldiers, I'll restructure your dental work."

It's simple, Gil. Just like in the military. It was perfectly legal to say, "Man, if that Captain touches me, I'll knock him out." NOT a threat because it requires action on the other person's part to make it take place.

I'm working the same angle you've let Shiva get away with for YEARS. Wording is everything. I threatened no one, even in my second post. Even in this one.


Sure, keep tryiing yourself that. Its not right, but if it makes you feel better.

As far as not being banned, well, its because I really don't care if you post here or not. Even without the threat made by you, it'd take me about an hour to find enough TOS violations by you to do so. But its not exactly my idea of a good time.

As your your 2 years long obsession with getting Shiva banned...if I were a psychiatrist, I'd say jilted lover syndrome, but since I'm not, I won't.
