I just learned something that made me laugh. Clausen was high on the Gamecocks, but then his dad had some insane requests. He gave Spurrier the ultimatum of giving his other two sons graduate assistant positions, and Jimmy's father wanted to be on the sidelines for practices -- Spurrier told him to take a hike, he ended up at ND -- I don't think Weis gave any of that to Clausen though.
