my first lacrosse game

i will be attending my first ever lacrosse game this Saturday when the Bandits visit. we wanted to go to a game last year but never made it. you all will have to forgive me if i root for the lumberjax. i dont have any deep rooted interest in the bandits since it wasnt even there when i last lived in NY

Sweet. You should see a pretty entertaining game even for an opener. Just an FYI, expect a lot of whistles/penalties. Theres been some new tweaks to the rules to basically pacify the pussy US field weenies that don't like to get smashed around much and considering Buffalo is an all box team...we'll you get the idea. At least BDS wont be there to smash your Jax around like he tends to do....A LOT. Brodie Merril is your superstar and he plays D! Believe me when I say the kid is frightening-good.

3rd row! Too close for my liking.15-20 gives me a nice view and after a while you can see the plays develop. At least you'll be able to hear bones poppin' against glass. And that brings up our monster, Troy Bonterre, 6'2' 250+ and moves amazingly well for a guy his size. Martial arts background, good hand-eye coordination and hands only slightly smaller than Andre the Giants. Legend has it that he cracked the cement floor with his fist when a guy he was fighting dodged just in time during an OLA game a couple years ago.

Try to get out to the postgame party afterwards. 90% of the players are required to attend (both teams) and they're isn't hardly a sniff of any Primadonnas, they're average dudes like the rest of us really. If ya meet a few of the Bandits players and mention my name, you might hear some funny stories or blatant lies! (-: McCready is the funniest guy on the team by a mile.

Probably no Chugger either. he had minor knee surgery about 3 weeks ago and will likely miss the first week, possibly the second week as well. But, Mike Thompson should be able to fill in nicely.

At least this is at the beginning of the season, and not later on!
