Why didn't Butler Bynote and Lorenzo Styles ever make it in the pros?

Seriously though.

Lorenza Styles was a workout warrior..... amazing specs, powerful, just not the right mentality.....

Bynote was similar....but speed was what made him a good college RB. He wasn't really a good RB, but he was fast.
