One of my friends was telling me about Baseball Mogul a baseball simulation game. You can run a team with current rosters or back in the days of Babe Ruth.
I'm wonder if:
-Anyone has experiences with the game?
-If anyone has tried any other simulation games for other sports (hockey, football etc.)

I bought Football Mogul 2004 and it was pretty cool, although it was pretty limited. I just downloaded a trial of Football Mogul 2007, and it is much improved, so they seem to be going in the right direction with the games. I played a free trial of Baseball mogul and it was pretty cool too... I liked where you could be pretty much any team from any era. It looks like you're getting more choices regarding playcalling and strategy as the games go on year by year.

They got baseball and football free trials.
I personally like them. Then again, I have a pro wrestling game where you run a federation, so... :)
